The distance from the junk to our truck and any obstacles or lack of parking can affect your quote—especially if items are not easily accessible or require special handling (e.g. upstairs, narrow walkways, locked gates).
Hazardous or dangerous materials (including biohazards, sharp objects, chemicals, strong odors, etc.) can result in additional charges or job refusal.
All quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates only unless otherwise stated. They do not represent a final agreement or contract until reviewed and confirmed by both parties.
All quotes (loose or final) are given as price before tax.
Payment is due in full before the driver leaves the property. Drivers carry minimal change but accept:

Failure to pay in full may result in the return of collected items in the most accessible location near the property—not necessarily where the items originated.
Some jobs may be recorded or photographed for training, quality control, or promotional use (e.g. social media). If you prefer to be excluded or have your image obscured, please let us know in advance and we will fully respect your privacy.
The following items may affect your quote or be assessed on a per item basis and should be disclosed upfront. Appliances, A/C units, tires, mattresses and box springs.
Certain items are completely prohibited. If they are present and are intentionally hidden or not mentioned, our driver reserves the right to cancel the job entirely to protect both our company’s liability and our relationship with local disposal partners.
