Obstacles or items that are undisclosed or hidden (intentional or accidental) are subject to an adjustment of the quote.
In person estimates are more than welcome if the items are spread out or you don't want to take photos of everything needed to be removed.
Please add to your notes if items need to be disassembled or broken down in order to be removed or fit through doorways this could affect your quote if not disclosed prior to arrival.

Where possible, make all items visible in your photos. Hidden, bulky, or very heavy items can affect pricing.
We do our best to recycle whenever possible, but some items like mattresses or tires, are often assessed separately by the landfill and may incur extra fees.
We cannot accept hazardous materials (like chemicals, paints, or fuel). If found, these may be set aside by our driver. We’ll do our best to guide you on proper disposal.
Feel free to send multiple photos or even a video if that’s easier!

If the item(s) are at the curb or easy to get to this will help your quote.
If the items can be retrieved by the driver alone or you are able to assist this will help but a helper can be arranged for your pickup as well.
If we are unable to park within a reasonable distance from the junk being removed this could affect pricing, just let us know beforehand
Any additional obstacles or scenarios that could arise, we ask to be included in your notes to ensure the most accurate quote possible

Same day service based on availability.
If you are flexible with when you need the items removed this can help your quote as we optimize our route.
Pickups can be time scheduled if a homeowner needs to be present or we can retrieve the junk anywhere outside of the home or from the garage/carport
If you pickup has time constraints for a storage unit/ eviction cleanout, or junk removal after a real estate closing just let us know when you will be ready for us
